Using Qudo Ink

Qudo Ink helps you create a digital business card and share a link with people you meet. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service for lawful, professional purposes.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add to your card. You are responsible for having permission to publish any names, images, contact details, or links you include.

Paid plans and billing

Personal cards are free. The Business plan costs $4.99 per month per business (or the yearly price shown at checkout), plus any applicable taxes. Orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the merchant of record for all our orders; Paddle handles payment, tax, invoices, and customer service enquiries about payments. We never see or store your full card number.

Each business may receive one 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and renews each month or year until cancelled.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time from the business workspace’s Billing tab → Manage billing & invoices. You keep paid features until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. Your cards stay online after cancelling.

If you were charged by mistake, email us at support@qudo.ink within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Qudo Ink to impersonate others, publish unlawful or misleading content, send spam, or link to malware or phishing. We may unpublish cards that break these rules.

Service availability

Qudo Ink is provided as-is during the V1 launch period. We may improve, pause, or change parts of the service as the product develops, with reasonable care for active cards.
