Terms of Service

Last updated July 25, 2026

These terms govern your use of Qudo (the “Service,” “Qudo,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Qudo helps businesses request, collect, and reply to customer reviews across platforms like Google, Facebook, Yelp, Tripadvisor, and Trustpilot, including sending review requests by SMS and email and drafting AI-assisted replies.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract on behalf of your business.

3. Plans, trials, and billing

  • New organizations get a free trial. A payment method is required to complete setup, but you won’t be charged until the trial ends.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before it applies to your account.

4. Your data and contacts

You're responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any contact data you upload — you confirm you have the right to contact each person by SMS or email for the purpose of requesting a review, in compliance with applicable law (e.g. TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR where relevant). You must honor opt-out requests; Qudo automatically suppresses contacts who reply STOP, but the underlying obligation is yours.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Qudo to:

  • Send unsolicited messages to people who haven't agreed to be contacted, or ignore opt-out requests.
  • Post fake, incentivized-in-violation-of-platform-rules, or misleading reviews, or otherwise manipulate a review platform in violation of its terms.
  • Attempt to access another business's data, reverse-engineer the Service, or interfere with its normal operation.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Third-party platforms

Connecting Google, Facebook, Yelp, Tripadvisor, or Trustpilot integrations also means agreeing to that platform's own terms. Qudo isn't responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, policies, or availability, and a disconnected or suspended third-party account may affect syncing or reply-publishing features.

7. AI-drafted replies

Reply drafts generated by Qudo's AI assistant are suggestions only. Nothing is published to a review platform until you review and approve it — you're responsible for the content of any reply you publish.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its underlying software and design. You own your business data and content. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any particular review or rating outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qudo won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice before they take effect; continued use after that point means you accept the updated terms.
