AI replies
Draft a thoughtful reply to any review in seconds — approve it yourself, or let great reviews auto-publish.
Qudo can draft a reply to any review in your business's voice. By default you review and approve every reply before it's published — the AI writes, you decide. You can optionally turn on auto-respond for your best reviews; see below.
How it works
Open a review and choose Draft reply. Qudo reads the rating and the text, then writes a short response that thanks the reviewer by name, references something specific they mentioned, and matches the tone you set. Edit it however you like, then publish.
Setting your voice
In Settings → Organization, describe how you want to sound — "warm and casual," "professional and concise," whatever fits. Every draft follows that description, so replies sound like you and not like a robot.
Auto-respond for great reviews
Turn this on in Settings → Notifications to let Qudo publish AI-drafted replies on its own for reviews at or above a rating you choose — 5 stars only, 4 and up, or 3 and up.
Negative reviews always wait for you
No matter what threshold you set, reviews below it — including every negative one — are always held for manual approval. Auto-respond only ever applies to reviews you'd have approved anyway; it just skips the click. Auto-publishing only works on platforms with a public reply API (Google today) — other platforms stay manual regardless of this setting.
Good replies, by rating
- 5 stars — thank them, name a specific detail, keep it short.
- 3 stars — acknowledge what worked, own what didn't, invite them back.
- 1–2 stars — apologize once, don't get defensive, move it offline.
