Team & roles
Invite teammates and control what they can do with fixed roles.
Every organization can bring in teammates — up to 5 people including you, on the Starter plan. Each person gets one of two roles, chosen when you invite them and changeable later.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing, deleting the organization, and deleting their own account. There's exactly one owner — whoever created the organization. |
| Admin | Everything except billing and deleting the organization: manage members and roles, organization settings, integrations, webhooks, API keys, and audit logs. |
| Member | Full day-to-day access — reviews, contacts, requests, automations. No access to Settings beyond their own profile and security. |
Reviews, contacts, and requests aren't role-gated
The distinction is entirely about settings — who can change how the organization is configured versus who does the daily work of asking for and replying to reviews. Every member, regardless of role, has full access to the operational side of Qudo.
Inviting someone
Go to Settings → Members and choose Invite. Enter their email and pick a role — Member is the default. They'll get an email with a link; once they accept, they show up in your member list as Active.
Changing a role or removing someone
Owners and admins can change any member's role, or remove them, from the same Settings → Members screen. Removing someone revokes their access immediately.
Accepting an invite
Follow the link in your invite email. If you don't have a Qudo account yet with that email address, you'll create one first — then come back to the link to finish joining.
