The review inbox
Every review from every platform in one place, newest first.
The inbox pulls your Google, Facebook, Yelp, Tripadvisor, and Trustpilot reviews into a single list so you're not logging into five dashboards. Filter by platform, by whether a review still needs a reply, or by rating.
Handling a negative review
Low ratings are where speed matters most. Qudo flags anything three stars or below and can alert you the moment one lands, so you can respond before it sits there unanswered.
When you reply to an unhappy customer, the goal isn't to win the argument in public. Acknowledge it briefly, apologize once, and move the conversation offline:
We're sorry we fell short here — that's not the experience we want anyone to have. Please reach out to us directly so we can make it right.
Sentiment & topics
Every review is automatically tagged with a sentiment (positive, neutral, or negative) and, where relevant, one or more topics — things like pricing, wait time, or staff — pulled from what the reviewer actually wrote. Both show up as badges under the review text, so you can spot a pattern (a run of "wait time" mentions, say) without rereading everything by hand.
Filtering
Use the filters at the top of the inbox to focus:
- Needs reply — everything you haven't responded to yet.
- Negative — three stars and below, so you can triage the urgent ones first.
- By platform — search and select any combination of Google, Facebook, Yelp, Tripadvisor, and Trustpilot.
Replying
Every review has a reply box. You can write it yourself, or let Qudo draft one for you and edit before it goes out.
