Qudo logoudo.ink

Quickstart

From signup to your first review request in about 15 minutes.

This guide gets Qudo working end-to-end. Budget 15 minutes, plus a short wait for Google to approve API access (start that step first so it processes in the background).

1. Create your account and organization

Sign up with your email and a password. You'll land on a short setup screen that asks for your business name, what you do, and your Google review link. You can paste a placeholder link now and fix it later.

Try it with demo data

During setup you can load a set of sample reviews and customers. It's the fastest way to see how the inbox and dashboard work before you connect anything real. You can clear it anytime.

2. Select a plan and complete checkout

Next you'll choose a plan — there's one, so it's pre-selected — and complete checkout. See Billing for what's included. You won't reach the dashboard until this step finishes, so it's worth doing right away.

3. Start Google approval

Connecting Google Business Profile is the only step with a waiting period, because Google reviews every application for API access by hand. Start it now so it processes while you finish everything else. Full walkthrough: Connect Google.

4. Import your customers

Go to Contacts and either add a few by hand or upload a CSV with name, phone, and email columns. These are the people Qudo will ask for reviews. See Review requests for formatting details.

5. Send your first request

Open Requests, pick a handful of recent customers, choose text or email, and send. Qudo personalizes each message and includes your review link and an opt-out line. That's it — you're live.

6. Turn on autopilot

Once you're comfortable, set up an automation so every new customer gets a request a couple of hours after their visit, without you touching anything.
