The one setup step with a waiting period. Start it first.
Google reviews are where local reputation is won, so this is the most important connection. It's also the only one with a wait, because Google approves every application for review-API access by hand.
Why there's a wait
Google's Business Profile API is free, but access is gated. A brand-new connection starts with no quota until Google approves it — this is a deliberate approval step on their side, not an error. Qudo submits the application for you; approval typically takes a few days.
Start on day one
Because approval happens on Google's schedule, connect Google before anything else. Everything else in Qudo works while you wait, and reviews start syncing automatically once you're approved.
What Qudo can and can't do
Once approved, Qudo can read your reviews and publish replies you approve. It cannot edit or delete customer reviews, change ratings, or touch reviews on businesses you don't own — those are Google's limits, and they apply to every tool, not just Qudo.
While you wait
Import your customers and start sending review requests by text and email right away. Those don't depend on Google approval — they drive people to your Google page directly.
