What a business workspace includes, what it costs, and how to activate one.

Your personal workspace is free forever and comes with every account. Each business workspace is premium: one price per workspace, never per person.
What's included
- Unlimited teammates, with built-in and custom roles
- Business cards, membership cards, ID badges, event tickets, travel passes, loyalty cards and coupons
- Scan to join: a QR code where everyone fills in their details and gets their own numbered card
- wallet: card holders sign in with an email code to see every card you gave them
- A shared profile, invite links, and a CSV export of everyone who claimed a card
Price
$4.99 a month per business workspace, or $49 a year (two months free). Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
Activate a workspace
Create the workspace
Tap the workspace name at the top of any page and choose New business workspace. See Workspaces.
Choose monthly or yearly
You land on Settings → Billing. Pick the period that suits you.
Start the free trial
Tap Start 14-day free trial and enter your payment details in the secure checkout. You won't be charged today.
