Workspaces — personal and business

Qudo Ink keeps things in workspaces. Switch between them by tapping the workspace name at the start of the bar at the top of every page.

Workspace	What it's for
Personal	Your own personal cards. Created for you, free forever.
Business	Any organisation — a company, association, union, club, school, gym or charity. It has a shared profile, a team with roles, and every card you issue. Premium: $4.99 a month per workspace.

You can have as many business workspaces as you like, and belong to other people's too.

Create a business workspace

1. Open the workspace menu

   Tap the workspace name at the top of any page, then New business workspace.

2. Pick what kind of organisation it is

   Company, association, union, club, school, gym, café… This tailors the wording and suggests the right card types first. You can change it later.

3. Name it

   Type the name and tap Create workspace. Then activate it in Settings → Billing (free while Qudo Ink is in test mode).

4. Fill in the profile

   Go to Settings → Business and add your logo, phone, email, website and address. New cards in the workspace are filled in with them automatically.

Ready-made cards for your kind of organisation

What you pick as your kind of organisation shapes the suggestions. A gym sees a monthly membership, a smoothie stamp card and an open-day pass; a café sees a coffee stamp card, a welcome offer and a tasting-night ticket; an association sees a membership card, an annual-meeting ticket and a volunteer badge. They're under Cards → Start from a ready-made card — tap one and the editor opens already filled in, with your name on it.
