Emails we send
Every email Qudo Ink sends, which ones you can switch off, and how to preview them.

We only email when something happened that you'd want to know about. Every email has one clear next step and says, at the bottom, why you got it.
Always sent
These are part of how Qudo Ink works, so they can't be switched off:
| When | |
|---|---|
| Sign-in code | You sign in. The code works for 10 minutes. |
| A card for you | A business gives you a card — a membership, ticket, badge or loyalty card. |
| Welcome, here's your card | You join a business with its Scan to join link or QR code. |
| Card cancelled | A business cancels a card it gave you. |
| Team invitation | Someone invites you to help run their workspace. |
| Removed from a team | You're taken off a workspace's team. |
| New API key | An API key is created on your account — a security notice. |
| Account deleted | Your account is deleted. |
You choose
Switch these on or off in Settings → Account → Emails (or tap your initials at the top right → Email settings):
| Setting | What you get |
|---|---|
| Someone joins with a join link | One email per person who scans your code or opens your link, with their name, role and number. |
| Print order updates | Received, confirmed, printing, shipped (with tracking) and delivered. |
| Workspace and billing | Your workspace is ready, the business plan switches on or off, or your role changes. |
| Getting-started tips | A welcome email, and a note when your first card goes live. |
Emails your members get
When you give someone a card, they get an email from Qudo Ink with your organisation's name on it, a link straight to their card and a way to open their wallet. They don't need an account to open the card; to see all their cards in one place they sign in with a code sent to that email.
Nothing is sent to people you add without an email address. From Members you can also select people and tap Email cards to send them all their cards again.
Still stuck? Ask a person.
Email us and someone from the team replies — usually within one working day.
