Your wallet — your cards and every card a business gave you

Wallet is your home on Qudo Ink. It shows, in one place:

• the cards you made in your personal workspace,
• every card a gym, club, school, venue or employer gave you, and
• your workspaces, one tap away.

Find your way around

Wallet is the first of four places — with Cards, Members and Settings — in the sidebar on a computer or the tab bar on a phone. See Finding your way around.

Open your wallet

1. Go to Wallet

   Open qudo.ink/wallet, or tap See all my cards in an email from a business.

2. Sign in with a code

   Type the email the business has for you. We send a 6-digit code — type it and you're in. No password, no app.

What you'll see

• Made by you — your own cards. Tap the pencil to edit one; it opens in your personal workspace.
• Cards from businesses, grouped by business, with your role there — Members, Customers, Volunteers, or your team role if you work there too.
• A filter — All, Mine, or one business.
• Show QR — opens the card's QR code big and bright, for the scanner at the door or the counter, with Add to Apple Wallet and Add to Google Wallet.
• Also available to you — other cards your role lets you get from that business. Tap one to get it in a few seconds.

A card is missing

Cards show up here when they were given to your email address. If one is missing:

• Make sure you signed in with the same email you gave the business.
• Ask the business to check your email in their Members list — they can correct it and tap Email cards to send it to you.

Businesses: send people to their wallet

In Members, select people and tap Email cards. Each person gets an email listing their cards and a See all my cards button. Anyone who joins with a join link that confirms their email is signed in to their wallet automatically.
