Signing in and keeping your account safe

No passwords

Qudo Ink doesn't use passwords. To sign in — or to create an account — type your email and we send you a 6-digit code. Type it in and you're in. The same two steps work whether you run a business, work on a team or just hold a card someone gave you.

1. Type your email

   On the sign-in page, type your email and tap Email me a code.

2. Type the code

   Open the email from Qudo Ink and type the 6 digits. On most phones the code is offered above the keyboard — one tap fills it in.

Codes work for 10 minutes and only once. After five wrong tries, ask for a new one with Send a new code.

If you had a password before, you don't need it any more: sign in with a code to the same email and everything is where you left it.

Continue with Google or Apple

• Continue with Google — uses your Google account.
• Continue with Apple — you can choose to hide your email; Apple forwards messages to you.

Open Settings → Account (or tap your initials at the top right → Your account) → Ways to sign in and tap Connect to add Google or Apple to your account. Email codes keep working either way.

Invitations

When a business invites you to its team, the invitation link opens a page with your email already filled in. Tap Email me a code to join, type the code, and you're in the workspace with the role they chose.

Stay safe

• Your email is your key: keep your email account secure (a strong password and two-step verification there).
• Sign out on shared computers — tap your initials at the top right, then Sign out.
• Never share a sign-in code. We will never ask you for one — not by email, phone or chat.
• Deleting your account needs a recent sign-in: if it's been a while, sign out and back in with a fresh code first.
