Finding your way around

Qudo Ink has four places. On a computer they're in the sidebar; on a phone, in the tab bar at the bottom.

Place	What's there
Wallet	Home: the cards you made and every card a business gave you.
Cards	The cards you make. Tabs: All cards and Print orders.
Members	Businesses only: your team and the people you give cards to.
Settings	Business, Roles and Billing (businesses), Developers (API and webhooks) and your Account.

Every card has four tabs

Open a card and you'll find everything you can do with it:

Tab	What it's for
Design	The editor — details, style, who gets it.
Share	Its link and QR code, and Scan to join links so everyone gets their own copy.
Issue to many	Business designs: give it to lots of people at once, each with their own details.
Print	Order printed or NFC cards of it.

When you create a card you land on Share, since that's what comes next.

Workspaces

Everyone has a personal workspace for their own cards. A business workspace is for a team, club, school or venue. Cards, Members and Settings follow the one you're in.

The bar at the top

Every page starts with a breadcrumb that says where you are — for example Pulse Gym › Cards › Monthly membership.

• The first part is your workspace. Tap it to switch to another one, or to create a new business workspace.
• The rest takes you back up: tap Cards to return to all your cards.
• On the right: + New card, and your initials — tap them for your account, email settings, dark mode, help and Sign out.
• On a phone it shows the workspace and the page one level up, plus search, + and your initials.

Search and jump — ⌘K

Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl K (Windows), or tap the search button, and type:

• a page — members, print, profile
• an action — new card, new business
• a workspace name, to switch to it
• a question — anything else searches the help centre

Use the arrow keys and Enter, or just tap.

Getting started checklist

The Cards page shows Getting started with your next step and a progress bar; open it for the full list. Ticks appear as you go. Hide it with × once you know your way around.
