The assistant
Ask about your members and business, find what's missing, check your reputation online, and add or update members from a list — you confirm every change.

Business workspaces have an assistant. Tap the sparkle button at the top of any page (or press ⌘K and type assistant).
What you can ask
- "What's missing from our workspace?" — a quick check with a score, what's done and what to fix, plus recommendations.
- "How is our reputation online?" — searches the public web and lists its sources. Qudo Ink itself has no reviews; the assistant says plainly when it finds little.
- "Find members without an email" or "Who has a paused card?" — answers from your Members list.
- "Add Ana Silva, ana@example.com, as a member" — prepares the change for you to review.
- "Update our description and city" — prepares a business profile change.
- "Plan our first month" — a short roadmap or step-by-step workflow.
Add members from a file
Tap the paperclip, choose a CSV, TXT or JSON file (up to 300 KB — a spreadsheet saved as CSV works), and say what to do. The assistant reads it and shows the people it found in a table:
- fix any cell by tapping it, and remove rows you don't want;
- rows that need attention (for example a wrong email) are marked in red — fix them or they're skipped;
- people whose email is already in Members are updated, not duplicated.
Nothing is saved until you tap Confirm and save.
You confirm every change
The assistant never changes anything by itself. Changes appear as a card with Confirm and Cancel. Removing members is shown in red and asks once more. A prepared change expires after 30 minutes.
It can only do what your role allows: if you can't manage members or edit the profile, it says so instead.
Privacy
Your question, any file you attach and a summary of this workspace are sent to our AI provider to answer. Files aren't stored, and the assistant only sees the workspace you're in. See Privacy and your data.
