Your workspace address
Each business workspace has its own web address, like bean-co.qudo.ink. Choose it when you start and change it later.

Every business workspace has its own address, for example bean-co.qudo.ink. Your personal workspace lives at qudo.ink. Your team bookmarks the workspace address, and everything there — cards, members, settings and the assistant — belongs to that business only.
Choose it when you start
When you create a business workspace, the address is suggested from the business name. Change it if you like. A green tick means it's free.
An address:
- is 3–40 characters: lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens;
- doesn't start or end with a hyphen, and isn't only numbers;
- isn't already used by another business, or reserved (like www, app, admin, help or wallet).
Change it later
Owners and admins can change it in Settings → Profile → Workspace address. You're moved to the new address straight away.
Switching workspaces
Pick another workspace from the switcher at the top left (or press ⌘K and type its name). You're taken to that workspace's address; you stay signed in.
If an address doesn't open
- No workspace here — the address is mistyped, or the business changed it.
- You don't have access here — you're signed in, but not part of that workspace. Ask an owner or admin to invite you.
- This workspace is switched off — contact support if it's yours.
Each page has a button back to your own workspaces.
